Coaching philosophy/model/approach

Our coaching models and approach are based off the International Coach Federation’s Standards of Conduct and Core Coaching Competencies.  At the Thailand Coaching Institute, we believe that transformation and awareness come from having a clear direction in one’s growth, built from an understanding and reflection on one’s values, which is continuously developed through motivation and deeper communication of who we are and what we really want in our lives.  While our expectation is that a coach can help the client get the results they are seeking, the process is a journey, both externally as well as internally.
