Dr. Terdtoon Thaisriwichai is the founder of Thailand Coaching Institute and a pioneer of professional coaching in Thailand. With over 30 years of experience in human resource management, organizational development, leadership, and coaching, he has played a key role in shaping coaching practice and culture in the country.
He is also the founding President of the ICF Bangkok Chapter and has worked extensively with leaders and organizations across Thailand and the Asia-Pacific region. Widely recognized for advancing ethical and internationally aligned coaching standards, Dr. Terdtoon continues to guide TCI’s commitment to professional excellence and sustainable human development.
