Advanced Coaching Certification Program (ACCP)

The Advanced Coaching Certification Program (ACCP) is designed for coaches who wish to advance their coaching abilities through a credible, ICF–accredited program that aligns with the professional demands of life and business coaching. Students will explore multiple coaching applications and discover their niche, enabling them to market themselves authentically based on their passion and expertise. This course is delivered in both Thai and English.

This program is ideal for coaches who want to broaden their impact and strengthen their skills through a holistic learning approach. Students will gain the proficiency required to support clients in a variety of situations while addressing obstacles that may limit their coaching potential. This course also prepares students to pursue their International Coach Federation (ICF) credential as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

Program Overview

Course 1 – Professional Coaching Certification Program (60 hours)

The coaching journey begins with the 60-hour “Professional Coaching Certification Program.” In this foundational course, students acquire core coaching structures, essential skills, and professional standards. Experienced instructors guide participants in understanding key elements of becoming a professional coach.

Course 2 – Advanced Coaching Core Curriculum (35 hours)

The learning journey continues with the Advanced Coaching Core Curriculum. This course deepens participants’ understanding of coaching at a professional level and strengthens their ability to support coachees at a deeper, more meaningful level. The curriculum explores the coach’s personal development, helping them cultivate the presence, commitment, and clarity required at the PCC level.

Participants also receive required group and individual mentoring from teaching staff, along with supervised coaching sessions to track progress and refine advanced coaching techniques.

Course 3 – Executive and Leadership Coaching (10 hours)

This course prepares participants to work with leaders and executives. It introduces a structured executive coaching framework and covers emotional intelligence, leadership development, personal and organizational values alignment, strengths-based leadership, and 360° feedback methodologies for pre- and post-engagement analysis.

Course 4 – Team and Group Coaching (10 hours)

This program extends core coaching principles into team and group contexts. It builds essential competencies needed for team coaching and differentiates coaching from facilitation and team-building. The course includes hands-on participation and supervised activities designed to enhance participants’ ability to coach teams and working groups effectively.

Course 5 – Coaching Toolkit (10 hours)

The Coaching Toolkit offers a collection of practical tools and activities designed to expand coachee awareness and insight. Participants will practice tools related to purpose and vision, relationship mapping, values exploration, strengths development, thinking patterns, and decision-making.

This program includes 116 hours of direct student contact and 9 hours of self-study, totaling 125 hours.

• To provide a firm foundation for all participants in their coaching practice.
• To further enhance and deepen the coaching skills of all participants.
• To explore the ICF Ethics, Standards of Conduct, and Core competencies throughout the entire program, to ensure reflection on and development of the necessary skills needed to reach the level of PCC coach with the ICF.
• To ensure that the participants are familiar with and practice advanced PCC coaching level techniques.
• To expand various tools and techniques to work with a wide variety of coaching contexts.
• To provide quality group and individual mentoring to all participants.
• To provide high quality supervision and feedback to all participants through observed sessions of real coaching practice.

Coaching Philosophy / Model / Approach

Our coaching models and approach are based on the International Coach Federation’s Standards of Conduct and Core Coaching Competencies. At the Thailand Coaching Institute, we believe that transformation and awareness come from having a clear direction in one’s growth, built from an understanding and reflection on one’s values, which is continuously developed through motivation and deeper communication of who we are and what we truly want in life. While our expectation is that a coach can help the client obtain the results they seek, the process is a journey—both external and internal.

This program is offered 4 times a year, provided a sufficient number of participants are enrolled.

Program Delivery Languages

While a majority of this program is conducted in Thai, there will be some guest lecturers presenting in English, for which translation will be provided for non-English speakers.

Program Delivery

This program is conducted through full-day face-to-face sessions as well as by webinar (Zoom). Delivery methods may be adjusted depending on current health concerns.

Intended Participants

This course is for coaches who have already achieved their ACSTH certification and wish to use that as the foundation for this ACTP program. Please contact our support team to determine if your ACSTH program meets our requirements.

Program Prerequisites

Students must have completed an ACSTH program and have proof of this with an ACSTH certificate from a training school registered with the ICF.
